100% Cotton Dog Hoodie for Chihuahuas and Toy Breeds

Chihuahuas, toy breeds and young puppies feel the first cold days of fall long before the rest of us reach for a jacket. This hoodie sweatshirt gives them a cozy everyday layer made from 100% cotton, the same natural fiber found in your own favorite sweatshirt. The hooded jacket style looks casual and cute, and the sizing is built around very small dogs, from about 1 pound up to roughly 14 pounds.

Why a Cotton Hoodie for a Small Dog

A lot of pet clothing is made from synthetic blends. This one is all cotton, which appeals to owners who prefer natural fabrics for their dog's everyday wear. The hoodie silhouette covers the body during autumn and winter outings while keeping the relaxed look of a classic sweatshirt. Because the size range starts at XS for dogs around 1.1 pounds, even the tiniest puppies and teacup breeds can find a fit instead of swimming in a too-large coat. It works as a light seasonal layer for walks, errands and chilly days indoors.

Key Features

• 100% cotton fabric: A natural-fiber option for owners who prefer cotton over synthetics.
• Hooded sweatshirt design: A casual jacket style that looks great on small dogs.
• Six sizes, XS to XXL: Made for dogs from about 1 to 14 pounds.
• Autumn and winter wear: A practical layer for the cooler months.

Getting the Fit Right

Measure your dog's chest around the widest point behind the front legs, then measure back length from the base of the neck along the spine. The chart lists garment measurements. For a comfortable fit, choose a hoodie that measures about 0.8 to 1.2 inches (2 to 3 cm) larger than your dog's chest. Weight is a rough guide only.

Everyday Moments It Covers

Slip it on for morning potty breaks, short walks on cold afternoons, trips to the vet or pet store, or cuddling on the couch when the house feels chilly. It also makes a sweet first-winter outfit for a new puppy. That makes it a thoughtful gift for a Chihuahua mom or anyone who just brought home a toy breed. Important to Know

Despite the original listing mentioning bulldogs, this hoodie is sized for very small dogs. The largest size, XXL, fits dogs around 12 to 14 pounds with a chest near 21.7 inches. Adult French Bulldogs and English Bulldogs will usually need a larger style from our dog hoodies collection.

Before You Order

Why should the hoodie be larger than my dog's chest measurement?

The chart shows the garment itself, not the dog. Choosing a hoodie about 0.8 to 1.2 inches (2 to 3 cm) larger than your dog's chest leaves room for movement and keeps it from feeling tight.

Will this fit my French Bulldog?

Only if your Frenchie is a young puppy within the size chart. The XXL fits dogs up to roughly 14 pounds, so most adult French Bulldogs will be too large for this hoodie.

Is the hoodie a cotton blend?

No. The hoodie is listed as 100% cotton, which suits owners who want a natural-fiber garment for their small dog's everyday cold-weather wear.

Grab a tape measure, find your pup's size, and give them a cotton hoodie for every chilly walk this season.
